Virtual Desktop, VDI, and Desktop Virtualization – whatever you call it, it is one of the top trends for 2010 and beyond. It is funny how the industry seems to travel in the same orbit over and over – thin clients were all set to be the next big thing in the mid 90’s until everyone realized they did not work worth a darn.
