We offer competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a bonus program.
Account Executive – Develop and increase revenue from prospects and customers through effective sales performance. Manage and deliver customer satisfaction within sales territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Identify and qualify new end user account prospects within assigned territory. Understand and present the benefits of ownership of our solutions. Develop and present ROI analyses and cost justification models for existing customers and prospects. Understand in detail Sanity Solutions customer experience offerings and educate current and prospective customers to the benefits. Coordinate Sanity Solutions resources, both internal and external (e.g., partners), to expand the customer's use of our solutions. Produce timely reporting for management as required. Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required. Assist with marketing related activities.
Must possess the following qualities:
- Strong in cultivating, developing and selling with multiple channel partners
- Have strong prospecting, selling and closing skills
- Must be a self-starter with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Sound knowledge and experience in selling complex IT solutions
- Should possess creativity
- Demonstrate sustained record of sales achievement
- Excellent customer services are required
- Anticipates customer needs and identifies appropriate alternatives and solutions
- Has a high level of technical knowledge of software and hardware products and services
- Must have in-depth sales, business and professional skills to work with any level of customer management
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Working level knowledge of MS Office Suite and Contact Management systems
- Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and storage systems
