This position will be a solution-oriented individual with an exceptional attitude to deliver exemplary customer service, work closely with management and the account team, work hard to deliver the best solution possible to clients. This position will act also as support to the account team in client communication, proposal creation, and event management and coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Foster account growth by setting meetings & driving attendance to events
  • Achieving partner certifications through rigorous training on complex technologies
  • Consistently meeting monthly and quarterly team goals
  • CRM database maintenance including generating reports
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Communicating effectively with Sanity’s business partners
  • Learn Sanity Solutions business and procedures and partners’ objectives in a fast paced environment
  • Work within the Sanity team to provide additional value to current customers

Desired Qualities and Experience

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • CRM Database experience
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work with a team
