As a Sanity Solutions Account Executive you will be responsible for creating and maintaining new customer accounts, including generating new business by creating leads and following industry trends. Identify specific opportunities to market IT hardware and services, as well as demonstrate product or services knowledge to answer any questions from prospective customers. Develop and increase revenue from prospects and customers through effective sales performance. Manage and deliver customer satisfaction within sales territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new end user account prospects within assigned territory
  • Understand and present the benefits of ownership of our solutions
  • Develop and present ROI analyses and cost justification models for existing customers and prospects
  • Understand in detail Sanity Solutions customer experienced offerings and educate current and prospective customers to the benefits
  • Coordinate Sanity Solutions resources, both internal and external (e.g., partners), to expand the customer’s use of our solutions
  • Produce timely reporting for management as required
  • Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients customers and the general public
  • Work within the Sanity team to provide additional value to current customers
  • Strong working knowledge of computer hardware and software systems

  • Strong in cultivating, developing and selling with multiple channel partners
  • Have strong prospecting and relationship building skills
  • Must be a self-starter with strong multitasking abilities
  • Sound knowledge and experience in selling complex IT solutions
  • Demonstrate sustained record of sales achievement
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Anticipates customer needs and identifies appropriate alternatives and solutions
  • Has a high level of technical knowledge of software and hardware products and services
  • Must have in-depth sales, business and professional skills to work with any level of customer management
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience
